Digital Products
All sales of digital products are final.
Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, no
refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once the purchase is completed.
Physical Products
We accept returns on eligible physical products under the following conditions:
- The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
- A return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Downloadable or digital products
- Any item not in its original condition or damaged due to customer use
- Items returned after 14 days
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect physical item, please contact us within 7 days of
delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
